Designbrook have extensive experience in the design of services for hotels. We have been commissioned to design complex schemes for heating, air-conditioning, electrical, ventilation, public health and domestic services whilst maintaining full operation of the building. Many of these properties are 'listed' which add interesting challenges to the integration of services into the existing structures.
Our leisure experience has included a number of commercial health spas and fitness studios. A key factor has been the close management of specialist contractors. In addition, we have also been involved in the design and management of a refurbishment for gaming floors and kitchens in casinos.
In the case of nightclubs, the Clients have insisted on close co-ordination of sound systems, lighting effects and mechanical & electrical services.
